What Causes Spotting Before Normal Cycle?

Hi Dr these past two weeks I had pregnancy symptoms : cramps, headach, bloated but on monday I went to my Dr did a scan, nothing was there, later I started bleeding (heavy & runny flow) its a week before my normsl cycle. Can I stil be pregnant ? He prescribed Trisporal (4), Hyospasmol (20), Cifloc 250 (10) and Adco-metronida 400mg(10) but I m still scared to take them in case I m pregnant, I haven t took a pregnancy test

Hello,

Your symptoms are not suggestive of pregnancy. So, I don't think that a pregnancy test is necessary, especially considering the fact that you have not menstrual cycle delay. You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
