General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM.
Spotting brown discharge with cramps post miscarriage may suggest some retained products. You have not mentioned what treatment you have taken after miscarriage.
Many a times, abortion is not complete and dilatation & curattage is needed after miscarriage. Retained products may lead to infection and other complications including infertility later on.
You should undergo ultrasound examination of uterus and curattage if needed.
Please consult your gynecologist for the same.
I hope this will be helpful.
Please let me know if you have further questions.
Take care.
