my daughter is 49 years old she is already into menapause a year, she has been experiencing great amount of stress over the past few weeks. Was looking very ill, eyes and face looked really bad. She noticed some spotting recent a few days ago, until now and wonders if there should be cause for concern?

Spotting after one year of menopause after excessive stress can be physiological in few ladies, still it needs to be investigated to exclude any untoward situation like malignancy. Please consult an oncologist / gynecologist.
