What Causes Spots On The Penis After Having Sex?

hello there , i recently had sex and i am familiar with inflamed tip of the penis due to thrusting vigorously especially if the girl is slightly contracted., however , i do have a little patch of spots in 2 places , it isn t painful , its got a slight gloss on it too almost looks like the kind of spots say an allergic reaction to peanuts would have on the skin , what are your thoughts ?

It can be due to sexually transmitted diseases. Kindly rule out the STD panel test to confirm whether you're having STD or not. Then only proper treatment can be started.
