General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You can take Tramadol and Paracetamol combination 2 times a day for five days. Apply hot water bag on the affected site. Also, apply Diclofenac spray on it. If not resolved, then consult an orthopedic surgeon. Do CT scan, it will help you for further diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
