What Causes Sperm Discharge While Urinating After Taking Adderall?

.I took 60mgs of adderall recreationally. Don't tell me its unhealthy what I did, I know that. But when I went to urinate a small amount of sperm came out of my penis without my penis being erect. I am fourteen and I normally don't ejaculate unless Iv'e had a wet dream. I have attempted masturbation many times and My penis becomes erect but i never get precum or semen. is there something wrong with me?
