Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi, thanks for asking.
I can understand your concerns.
In my opinion if your child has sign language and not talking she may have verbal apraxia. Can she imitate your facial movement and tongue movement? Can she imitate environmental sounds? If not then you can start from there. teachmetotalk.com is very good site which gives you home based activities to do with your child. If you have any other queries please get back to me.
I hope I have helped you
Thank you
