What Causes Spasms On Stomach?
Daily, I get one spasm in my stomach when lying down. The feeling is more like dry heaving but, with only one involuntary move. I m only aware of it happening once either during the night or in the early morning when I m laying down. What could that possibly be?

It could be either muscular pain or acute gastritis or due to hyper acidity.
However,it should be further investigated by clinical examination of abdomen and some relevant tests.
You should do some tests like complete blood count,ESR and ultrasound abdomen to rule out possibility of infection.
