What Causes Soreness On The Upper Thighs In A Diabetic?

I have had a persistent general soreness in upper thigh on front of both legs for three weeks it is chronic. I do not exercise regularly and am 6 feet 300 lbs. I have type two diabetes, congestive heart failure, coronary artery disease and Nash. My diabetes is not well controlled with ha1c of 8.5. I do see my doctors regularly. I am 60 yo.

muscle soreness in uncontrolled diabetes can be due to neuropathy..you would benifit from amitryptiline along with multivitamins for about 6-7 months .also attempt for better sugar control .you need to meet your doctor for a change in your prescription .
