What Causes Soreness On The Right Side Of The Face?
i woke up the other day and i have no control of rt side of my face i dont feel bad sick or in pain i havnt gone to hospital was hoping it would come back after couple days but it hasnt now its sore like how a bruise feels. im 40 in i guess good health no major issues or diseses no meds taken

Loss of control on the right side of the face can be due to a condition is known as Facial nerve palsy or Bell's palsy. It occurs due to disturbances related to seventh cranial nerve known as the Facial nerve that supplies muscles of the face.
It can be due to compression of nerve with any major artery or at times tumor formation compressing the nerve. Nerve trauma or viral infection can also be a cause.
I would suggest you consult a Neurophysician and get evaluated. A thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like MRI scan can help in diagnosis, and treatment will be done accordingly. Resolution of the cause can help in reversing the symptoms.
The medicines that are steroids and antibiotics are appropriate, and along with it, you should also do alternate warm and cool compresses and take Vitamin supplements.
