What Causes Soreness In The Testicle?

I have been getting a sore left tesicle and it stings after I have sperm coming out,and get s red at the eye of my penis I been tested for infection but been on the pills for 7 days, and it feels like the pain I get in my left one is coming back, I did complain about it couple months ago went away, now it s back about 10 days ago,went away for three days now it back I haven t skip a dose of the pill s to treat a infection if any infection.

Hi.
It is good that you are already taking medicines for the problem you have mentioned about red and sore penile urethral opening and stinging at left testicle.
This indicates the necessity for further special investigations.
Urine culture and sensitivity by aerobic and anrobic methods, color dopler and ultrasound of abdomen and scrotum.
Change over to another antibiotic.and add on anti-inflammatory medicines And probiotics since you will have long courses of antibiotics.
