Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You may be suffering from ulnar nerve compression which may lead to tingling and numbness.

Avoid keeping the folded hand under your head. Also check for excessive weight gain or thyroid problems or avoid leaning on elbows or writing on elbows etc.

You can check serum B12, folic acid levels etc.

Use tablet Pregabalin. If symptoms not improved please consult your neurophysician he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Take care.
