What Causes Soreness In The Breasts?

I had a lump under my armpit like a month ago and it stardet very painful and the size of a grape it got smaller every week and the pain as well went away and it took like a month to go but now my boobs are hurting like as if you were like pinching them and idk what could it be nor my mother knows

You should rule out mastitis like breast inflammation condition. For that, it's advisable to investigate with ultrasonography of local part.

Meanwhile, anti-inflammatory medication like brufen can be prescribed. You can consult nearby surgeon for examination and management accordingly.
