What Causes Soreness In Foreskin?
Hi I have now for about six months on and off had tiny cuts in my foreskin and this makes having sex very uncomfortable. I am sixty three years old this condition now has been with me for the last three months no stop. I have tried some creams but no success. The foreskin hurts to pull back and seems to be very tight at the rear of the head so much so that the diameter of the pens is much narrower.what advice can you give

You may be suffering from phimosis. It can be due to fungal infection or diabetes. Local creams will give you only a temporary relief, going for circumcision will give you permanent relief.
