What Causes Soreness In Breasts And Painful Periods?

The lower part of my stomach is whitish and peeling off. My breast has been full from eight days after nmy period started and it hurts. Could I be pregnant? I almost scared to take the pregnancy test because I have been wanting to get pregnant for 3years now and I don t want to be disappointed

It is due to minor hormonal changes and does not indicate any serious health conditions.

As of now, you can take analgesics like Mefenamic Acid for pain relief.

If symptoms persist, it is better to consult a physician and get evaluated.
