What Causes Soreness At The Top Of Intergluteal Cleft?
The top of my bum crack is very sore and it s making it difficult to lie or sit down. It started off being itchy but now it s just constantly painful. It hasn t bled and it doesn t look cracked. It looks more as though the skin between my cheeks is stuck together as it hurts to pull my cheeks apart. Any ideas what this could be and how it s caused?

It seems that there might be having some infection due to more perspiration and friction of but cracks.
Clean local part with plane water and apply antibiotic cream.
If there is more infection you might require one course of antibiotic medicine for 3-5 days.
Keep local part clean and dry.
