What Causes Soreness And Mild Stinging Sensation On Left Side Of Penis?

Needle like twinge on side of penis near to glans. Sore to touch . Not sexually related. No problems urinating. First notice one month ago when woke up with erection. Slight needle like shock down left side of penis. This feeling disappeared completely in 24 hours. Yesterday had slight twinge in same area when flaccid at work, few weeks later. Now slightly sore in said area on left side of penis near to glans.

I really appreciate your concern, just wait for some time it may not be anything to worry, if the symptoms persist then it may required clinical examination, it may be nonspecific symptoms, it can not be treated unless diagnosed hope this information helps.
