I am a 62 year old female in good health. I bumped my thigh on a stationary object and it bruised my leg severely. I did this on Friday night. The bruise is looking worse--I took a hot bath last night, which probably didn t help it. I feel sore today, like I worked out too hard, mainly in my core area and right rib cage area. I did workout Monday, but I did my normal workout, which I do 2-3 times per week. My last workout was the Wednesday before (5 days ago). I guess I want to make sure that this couldn t be a serious side effect from the bruise. Thanks
