Hello,

You have developed sore white bumps in the vagina after intercourse. You have been having unprotected sex with your partner. Your vagina is hurting, it is also hurting to go to toilet and you feel sensation like cut, lacerations in the private area. Your symptoms are indicative of vaginal injury and infection. You can apply ointment Soframycin or a thin layer of hydrocortisone ointment on the area affected.

Always perform penetrative sex after you are thoroughly wet, you can also use good quality vaginal lubricants. Avoid rough sex, when you hurt you should tell your Bf so that he can become a little gentle or stop for a while. Take care of your hygiene, you can take a course of Augmentin or Doxycycline so that you heal faster.

To reduce hurt and soreness, take acetaminophen, one SOS when needed. The bump should go away, if it does not, you along with your partner should get it clinically examined by a urologist, get STD tests done (both partners) to stay on the safer side. In case test comes positive than you will be treated with antibiotics / antivirals.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
