What Causes Sore Throat?

i have had tonsil stones the past two years. They come up occasionally. But here lately I have noticed my throat has fluid like sacs on it that are red and yellowish in color. My throat is swore. My tonsils also look very strange and discolored. What could this be?

Bad tonsillitis. Infectious mononucleosis, pustules, furuncle tonsillar region... in any case removal is entailed since the history says so... continue with antiseptic gargles in.the meantime
