What Causes Sore Throat With Orange Bumps And Cough With Mucus?
I had fever for a few days, but now that it has passed I am left with a sore throat. I have also been coughing up green mucus and am short of breath. When I looked in my throat, I saw orange bumps in the back. What is this and what over the counter medicines can I take to relieve me of these symptoms?

The orange bumps are called granular pharyngitis and the green mucus in the coughing is suggestive of an active infection.
There are no over the counter medicines for such a condition. You have to consult an ENT Surgeon and get investigated and treated by prescription based antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medicines till you get cured.
