Hi,

Suggestive of leukoplakia. Based on the history and the observation you have made you seem to be suffering from leukoplakia of the pharynx. Leukoplakia is a condition that causes white patches due to accumulation of keratin in the oropharynx.

Most cases of leukoplakia are non-cancerous however they can progress to cancer if not properly treated. I advise you to consult an ENT specialist for proper clinical examination and a biopsy may be taken to rule out cancer.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali
