What Causes Sore Throat, Cough And Fever?

Hello. I have several symptoms and I m asking for the diagnoses. I have a sore throat, cough, slightly runny nose, swollen lymph nodes, light headed, and a fever of 101. It hurts to swallow and stick my tongue out. But doesn t hurt to talk or raise my voice at all. Thanks

Your symptoms are suggestive of Pharyngitis (infection of the pharynx) associated with sinusitis.
For my patient with these symptoms I would have put him on antibiotics, preferably Azithromycin 500 mg one tab once a day for 3-5 days.
Antipyretic - Paracetamol 500 mg one tab thrice a day.
A multi vitamin tab one tab a day will do wonders to boost the immune system.
