Hi- I don t have health insurance so I try to avoid going to the doctor unless absolutely necessary. But I m going on week three of feeling crappy and don t know if it will go away on it s own or not. It started two weeks ago with a really sore throat- I thought I might have strep, but after gargling for a couple of days it went away, but then the congestion hit. I have a barky cough, I get wheezy and it s hard to breathe when I lie down at night. Last Thursday my eyes started to hurt (they hurt when I move my eyeballs). I ve been lethargic. Today my fingertips feel a little bit tingly. Is it just an infection that has to run its course?
