What Causes Sore Throat, Chest Pain And Painful Neck?

I have been sick for about 4 or 5 days with sore throat, vouching, chest pain. My neck is starting to hurt and when I yawn or move my tounge it hurts!!! I've been coughing up green stuff and when I blow my nose green stuff comes out. Can you tell me what is going on?

Hi,
From your symptoms I think you are having severe upper respiratory infection
You have acute sinusitis,hence the change in colour of sputum.The sputum is dripping down behind the nose and you are coughing it out.
And this bad sputum has caused throat infection, hence the throat pain.
I suggest that you start on antibiotics as soon as possible in order to control the infection.Or else it could result in chest infection.
