What Causes Sore Throat And Swollen Lymph Node After Quit Smoking?

I have quit smoking for a couple of month now !!!! And a week before I got sore throat !!! And when sore throat disappears I got my lymph nodes swell !!! My question is will quitting smoking cause lymph nodes swell ??? I m 2years smoker and I m 20 !!!!! Is it normal or ?

Sore throat and swollen lymph nodes are probably related to an upper respiratory tract infection.

I suggest you use anti-inflammatory medication such as Ibuprofen.

I also recommend drinking liquids and using a throat spray for antibacterial properties.
