Hello Welcome in H.C.M. I have gone through your query regarding fever with erruptions over scalp, chest, and shoulders. Your medical history and the area of distribution of rashes indicates that it is a viral erruptive fever. You are advice for- 1- Tab Paracetamol. 2- Anti hstaminic. 3- Adequate fluid orally. 4- Bed rest. Though most of the time these fevers gets cured by it self but some times there are chances of complications like pneumonitis, renal failure, corditis and epidydmo-orchitis etc, therefore medical supervision is must to protect from complications by early diagnosis and treatment of any complication.
