What Causes Sore Throat And Black Spot At The Back Of The Throat?

my 19 year old daughter had her tonsils and adnoids removed last year after they became inflammed after being on enbrel at that time they did a biopsy because lymphomia was a possible side affect of enbrel. she started having a sore throat and looked and found a black spot in the back of her throat yesterday and she is in a panic. she hasn't been sick at all until the sore throat started yesterday should we be worried.

Dear she may be suffering from acute viral pharyngitis, black spot may be due to post nasal drip irritation , congestion etc.. Use salt water gargle, avoid cool drinks and cold water. Tab azithromycin500 for 3days. Still symptoms persisten you need to consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
