What Causes Sore Throat And Acid Reflux?

Hi, lately I ve been experiencing some general discomfort. I have a sore throat, usually only when I first wake up it s AWFUL but then it gets better throughout the day. However today i ve been experiencing it all day. I am coughing up phlegm that has no color but an awful taste to it. I have been throwing up in my mouth a lot, but no nausea. My muscles are VERY sore and my nose is runny.
