As per your query you have sore throat along with abdominal pain which leads to infection of upper respiratory tract. I would suggest you to avoid eating spicy and heavy food , also take anaspas for abdominal pain. Do warm saline gargles several times a day. You should take combination of levocetirizine along with amoxicillin for 3-5 days. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined and start treatment after proper diagnosis. You should go for blood and sputum test. Avoid cold carbonated beverages. Maintain hygiene rinsing with antimicrobial mouthwash. Milk boiled with a pinch of turmeric taken at bedtime will be helpful for you.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
