What Causes Sore Testicle After A Hit?

Hi I m a 16 year boy and was playing 3fly with my friends two days ago. While playing my friend and I both went up for the football. We were both about 15inches off the ground when we went up for it. I caught the ball and landed on the grass. A second later he fell down and his elbow hit my testicles. It hurt for a couple minutes and then I did not think about it again. Two day, two days after impact, my lower waist was hurting also my left testicle was hurting. I doesn t hurt when I touch it just discomfort when I walk. I ask one of who had testicular torsion what it felt like. He told me it hurt on a scale of 1 too ten it was a 20. I was just wondering if I have testicular torsion or just a sore testicle.
