Hello and welcome to HCM,
The symptoms of ear ache, knot on scalp, sore throat appear to be related to each other.
There seems to infectious focus in ear which is causing an enlarged lymph node on back of neck.
Soreness in the neck can be due to sore know on the neck.
Pain in the arm can be musculoskeletal in origin.
You can consult your primary healthcare provider after your holidays.
In the meanwhile, you can take antibiotics for the pain.

Thanks and take care
