What Causes Sore In Urinary Meatus And Lower Pelvic Pain?

my urinary meatus is sore especially when sitting,also lower pelvic pain,some soreness during urination,recent history intermittent gross hematuria with clots,treated with 3 different antibiotics for uti-urine is "clean"with no infection according to my doctor

I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. You may have recurrent urinary tract infection. You should go for urine routine and microscopic examination.
Levofloxacin or norfloxacin can be helpful.
