Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

The symptoms seem to be related to side effects of the injection.
I suggest using cold compresses at the injection site.
I also suggest using anti inflammatory medications such as Acetaminophen to relieve the pain.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
