I keep getting blind boils that are very sore an itchy in my vaginal area. Tonight i have noticed that one has become extremely large and sensitive with a black/purple dot in the middle of it. I have tried squeezing it and having a hot bath to try burst it but it will not burst. Its about the size of a pea very hard and moves. Can you please help.

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Bartholinitis or just boil.An examination with a gynecologist or your doctor can rule out that. For my patients with such case i advise antibiotics like clindamycin in form of vaginal suppository or oral tab.I also advise them to do warm compress with towel to have a soothing effect. If abscess is there then i advise incision and drainage.I also recommend them to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent getting further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
