i have recently had a severe head cold and tonight while blowing my nose a piece of what looked like some sort of tissue came out of my nose, now there seems to be something floating around in there that will not come out you can see it in the nostril, it looks reddish ..

if it is bright red coloured .
it could be due to blood clot .
when nose dries, mucosa easily bleeds .
it may get clotted and when u sneeze it can come out .
if it is repeated , use xylometazoline nasal drops twice daily for 5 days.
if not controlled then once you consult ent surgeon
