What Causes Soft Lump On Labia Minora?

I have a soft lump on my labia minora that i just recently noticed. It isnt noticeable by sight and does not itch. It has become a little sore but I think that is because I`ve been touching it. It does not appear to be attached the skin but on something inside. It is bigger than a pea and almost football shaped. Could this be caused by the seam of shorts riding up or vigorous sex?

Hi, I think it can be a bartholin cyst. Get yourself examined by a gynecologist to confirm that. If it is a bartholin cyst, it will need some surgery like marsupialization or excision.
