Hello,

Anxiety disorders are a very common issue affecting an important part of the population. The cause is not always clear, it is thought to be more of a combination of several factors such as genetic predisposition, imbalance of neurotransmitters as well as traumatic life experiences.

It can be improved through psychotherapy and if not enough with anti-anxiety medication, so I suggest you contact your primary physician or a psychiatrist for further management.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
