What Causes Sneezing And Nasal Congestion Every Morning?
I have problem of sneezing. Whenever I wake up in the morning I sneeze a lot. Also in the morning it seems my nose is congested. I also sneeze sometime when there is temprature change. E.g while driving, going to outside the home. What are the precautions I should take or whom should I consult. Now due to lot of sneezing I think I am getting headache and chest pain.

From history it seems that you might be having allergic rhinitis giving this problem.
Take anti allergy meidicine like Montac LC once daily for 1-2 weeks.
This is good respiratory tract anti-allergy medicine.
Avoid cold,humid dust and dump atmosphere.
