Hello I suffered from a flu about two weeks ago, on monday I started getting headaches tension type that centered around my forehead then was sneezing so much. Then my nose became blocked, and I started feeling feverish. I don t know what is going on with me, but I just don t want to be sick again. I am producing a lot of mucus, some a clear others look like they have specks of brown or black in them. I don t smoke so I don t know why that is.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello
I appreciate your concern
Looking at your history this could be due to URTI like sinusitis
I would like further information to help you better as
Your age sex and complete medical history
do you feel sore throat or breathlessness

In my opinion you should consult a ENT surgeon for examination and a battery of tests including X ray PNS for confirmation of.diagnosis
You may require a course of antibiotics under supervision of your doctor
Do steam inhalation
Warm saline gargles
Deep breathing exercises

Hope this helps you
follow up questions are most welcome
Regards
I find this answer helpful
