What Causes Smelly Stool Discharge?

Hello, I am wondering about my #2. I have been having very smelly stools that are sludge - like and my stonach stressed like its diareah. I have increased my protein intake and my diet consists of mostly organic veggies so im going that this is to blame for my sludgies. Please help me

Hello and welcome.

In most cases, what you eat decides how your stools are. If at all you are having only organic vegetables ever since your stools have been this way, then you could try to change what you have been eating and then observe how your stool changes.If there is a change then it was in fact the vegetables, but if not then you should visit either your physician or a gastroenterologist to rule out conditions like irritable bowel syndrome, diverticulosis, etc.
