General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi, how old are you?
without examining you I cannot tell whether there is any testicular atrophy or problem. Therefore, I suggest you see a Surgeon or a Urologist. He would be able to examine you and advice accordingly. Or you get an Ultrasound of the Scrotum done and let us know so that we can advice you further.
As for your Sperm count. Is it 0.001 million per ml? I would need the details of the report to comment upon it. Do not worry and jump to conclusions. You could send us the report by asking us a Specialist query and then I could have a look at it and advice you.
Take care,
Dr Rishi, New Delhi, India.
