What Causes Small Round Ulcer Sores Near Vagina?

I am 41 yr old single mother of 3. I recently had unprotected sex and 2 days after sex I got a sore, small and like an ulcer.. now a month an half later and no sexual contact since last time, I noticed a dark scab, which I picked off and tried to sqeeze.. it now resembles round small ulcer sore near vagina..

As you describe ,unprotected intercourse and genital ulcer are signs of STD.
Genital ulcers are not strictly a sign of an STD. They can occur in patients with Behcet's syndrome, lupus, and some forms of rheumatoid arthritis (all non-communicable diseases). Genital tuberculosis, often caused by direct genital contact with infected sputum, can also present as genital ulcer.
A genital ulcer ,usually caused by a sexually transmitted disease such as genital herpes, syphilis, chancroid, or chlamydia trachomatis.
You should do a vaginal examination and tested for STD to determine the cause of your genital ulcers.
