Hi,

As you said you have small red spots on feet and legs. And there is no itching. From this much history, it seems that you have Schamberg disease. There may be asymptomatic red brown macules and patches on the feet and legs. They may progress upward upto knee. It is a form of vasculitis. Capillaries of the dermis are involved. So, it may be called capillaritis. It takes long time for recovery. Thrombophob oint. may be applied on the lesions. Vitamin C and K may be taken for few months. You may be alright after few months. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
