What Causes Small Red Spots On Sides And Abdomen?
I have small red dots that appear on my sides and stomach. They later turn into a brown spot. If i scratc they will bleed. Went to a derm they froze some off . I am still getting them. I am seventy years old. these started about nine months ago. Some can get larger.

Such lesion could be due to hypersensitivity or may be viral infection and in either case just wait for some time it will come around even without the medicines stop itching the lesion keep the area clean, hope this information helps, take care
