What Causes Small Red Dots On Legs While Suffering From Diabetes?

I have tiny small red dots on my legs and feet that I am concerned about. What could this be? I am a diabetic and therefore it does concern me a little more due to that fact. ALso I have a sore in my mouth, in my right check, that I really took a look at tonight. I thought it was just one of those ulcers where you havae bit yourself but I am concerned about it as it appears to be black but that may just be blook that has pooled in the place.

Diabetes is the endocrine disease affecting the whole body. Your situation may be due to your blood sugar control is not tightly cause complications on the skin, mucous membranes. so to solve the problem that you have to go to experts on diabetes to better control your blood sugar.
