What Causes Small Red Circle On The Tip Of Penis?

Hello I have a small red circle on the tip of my penis. It is a red ring the size of a BB. Their is also a very small little irritation spot that looks like the outer ring. They are right next to my pee hole. I haven t had intercourse in a few months. This spot appeared about a week ago and hasn t changed. I m hoping it s ringworm. It doesn t itch or burn when I pee and there is no other symptoms. Any ideas?

i hope you are having only one partner for sex. then both of you should be subjected to examination if history of multiple partner the go for std test.
