What Causes Small Rashes On The Chest And Back?

Hi, I have a small rash breaking out in a couple of spots on the left side of my chest and side/back. For the last 24 to 36 hours that same area (left side of my chest/torso) has had a tightness feeling to it. I ve not had an issue breathing but do wake up a few times each night because of discomfort in these areas and have to move around. The rash is warm to the touch and slightly sensitive.

small rashes may indicate many diseases from simple to severe. But if it is hot and also if you have pain , also if this rashes are on one side only it could be herpes zoster and you should be seen by a dermatologist soon.
