What Causes Small Pimple Above Anus Inspite Of Using Hydrocortisone And Triamcinolone Acetonide?

Hi ! I am a cancer survivor with several medical issues from kidney 4 th stage cancer , thyroid cancer recently had iodine therapy , had colonoscopy 2/3 months ago ! Now, I have this very itchy , I can t stand the itchyness of. Small like pimple above my anal crack , for the last 2 months ! I have applied , triple antibiotic, 1% hydrocortisone ,triamcinolone acetonide cream, 1% , wart remover , not healing at all ! My daughter tells me, it looks like a small pimple / mosquito bite like. Reddish with grey scab or hard skin on top . What could this be ! Skin cancer perhaps ? Should I see my dermatologist ASAP ? Thanks for any help !

Hi,
It seems that this can be some skin infection like dermatitis but not responding to steroid or antibiotic cream and keeping history of having cancer we should think of some secondary in ano-rectal region or skin.
Skin biopsy or sigmoidoscopy might require for proper diagnosis.
Consult dermatologist or your treating doctor and discuss about this.
