What Causes Small Patches On The Face With Swelling?

hi right now i am living in Angola. about 6 days ago, I first noticed some small patches on my facial skin. It is slight discoloration. am a bit scared. there is a little swelling like a mosquito bite first, then scaliness/roughness & then small patches. It is increasing. what do i do? any immediate remedy? Got checked by a doc & he said nothng to worry about. but am scared.

You seem to suffer from pityriasis alba most probably. I would advise to apply tacrolimus oint 0.01%. As it is increased by sun exposure,you avoid sun exposure. Avoid soap bath. Your may consult the dermatologist personally.
